Step 1: Free Consultation

The first step to repairing your credit is a consultation to review your situation, free of charge. This will include reviewing your credit report and making sure that our services will provide value for you.

Step 2: Credit Audit

After our free consultation, we will not start working on any credit report until we have completed a Credit Audit.  In our Credit Audit, we will review every item on your credit report (the good and the bad) and develop a Plan of Action for helping you improve your credit.

Step 3: Choose Your Plan

 

After we have completed the Credit Audit, should you decide to sign up for our monthly services, we will assist you in having inaccurate and unverifiable information on your credit report removed or repaired. A repair means that an item has been changed from negative to a positive status. An account will not be considered repaired unless and until there are no negative remarks remaining on it.

Refund Policy

It is impossible to predict the outcome of the credit repair process. That being said, we will do our very best to get inaccurate information removed from your credit report. However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with your membership within the first 90 days, we will refund the last month of service.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is plain and simple: you can cancel your service at any time. You will need to call us to initiate cancellation.
